Partial Project Management

-starting at 15% of the total project budget

Full Project Management

-starting at 23% of the total project budget 

Includes the following...

  • Create & Manage RFP process.
  • Create project plan with cost targets.
  • Create & maintain project schedule.
  • Actively manage all activities and milestones.
  • Track project costs and expenses.
  • Regularly provide status reports, as needed.

Components of Our Project Management Services:

RFP Management Process

We make the initial contact with prospective contractors and manage the entire RFP process.  We will provide the details of the project based on your guidance, review bids/quotes and make recommendations based upon contractor reviews, experience, cost projections and how their proposal aligns with our client's goals, schedule and budget.  

Schedule Management

Based on the target listing date for the sale of your property, we will work backwards to establish a project schedule that will keep contractors and project moving forward.   We actively stay in contact with the project contractors and our clients in order to keep the lines of communication open and the schedule on track.  

Project Site Management

After the service providers or contractors have been chosen and the scheduled has been prepared and approved, we will be on-site to ensure that the work commences and stays on schedule.   We can meet contractors on-site to provide access to the property.  Managing the state of the property and the project activity is key to managing a successful project.
