PRINT DESIGN

Purposeful design, ready for the printed page.

Put your message into people’s hands with print materials that are clear, polished, and consistent with your brand. We design with the finished piece—and your printer’s requirements—in mind.

THE PURPOSE

Designed for how your materials will be used.

A business card, brochure, and event program serve different purposes. We help organize the information and choose a layout that fits the format, viewing distance, and way the piece will be handled.

Good preparation matters as much as appearance. Your chosen printer’s size, bleed, safe-area, color, and export requirements guide file setup. We confirm those details before preparing final artwork so your project moves forward with fewer avoidable surprises.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

Support built around
your project.

Choose the support your project needs. Your quote confirms the deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, and final file formats before work begins.

Business stationery

Business cards, letterheads, and coordinated printed materials that carry your identity consistently.

Flyers & promotional pieces

Printed announcements, postcards, invitations, and handouts with a clear hierarchy of information.

Brochures & information sheets

Content organization and layout for folded brochures, service sheets, and informational pieces.

Programs & booklets

Page design for event programs, commemorative pieces, and other multi-page materials within the agreed scope.

Signs & large-format artwork

Design for banners, posters, and signage, using the finished dimensions and production requirements supplied for the project.

Printer-ready files

Final exports prepared to the confirmed printer specifications, with a proof for approval before production.

WHO IT’S FOR

Is this the right
starting point?

Businesses preparing customer materials, churches and ministries hosting events, organizations communicating programs, and individuals creating invitations or commemorative pieces.

THOUGHTFUL FROM THE START

From a single card to a multi-page piece.

The scale can change, but clear information stays central. We consider reading order, spacing, and consistency across every side or page so the finished piece feels intentional.

FROM INQUIRY TO COMPLETION

A clear path forward.

  1. 01

    Plan the finished piece

We discuss the purpose, format, content, and printer. Folding, page count, or large-format placement can affect the layout.

  2. 02

    Design the layout

We arrange the content with readable typography and consistent visual styling, taking the finished dimensions into account.

  3. 03

    Approve the proof

You check every name, date, phone number, spelling, and image. Final approval is required before print-ready artwork is released.

  4. 04

    Prepare for production

We export the agreed files and clarify how they will be delivered to you or your printer. Any printing or shipping arrangements are confirmed separately.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Have something else in mind?
Let’s talk about your project.

Does print design include printing?

Design and physical production are separate unless your quote explicitly includes both. Let us know whether you already have a printer or need help coordinating the next step.

What is bleed?

Bleed is extra artwork beyond the final trim edge that helps prevent an unwanted white edge after cutting. The amount is set by your printer, so we use their specifications.

Can you use an image I found online?

Only use images you own or are licensed to reproduce. Online availability does not establish print permission, and small web images may not be sharp enough for your finished size.

Can changes be made after printing?

Printed copies cannot be edited. Review the proof carefully; changes after production may require new artwork and another print run, subject to the printer’s terms.
